IAV Engineering, founded
 in 1997, results from the Parc Scientifique  (PSE) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.

Since 1st of July 2005, IAV Engineering has been settled
 in its new premises in Tannay, between Lausanne and Geneva. Map (pdf)

Presentation
IAV Engineering is an engineering and technology transfer company working in the acoustics and vibrations fields.
IAV know-how is based on very solid experience in de-veloping industrial mandates and partnerships, insti-tutional collaborations and expertise in the fields of metrology, instrumentation, optimisation, prototyping, development, calculations and tests, applied to the fields of acoustics, vibro-acoustics, sound design, industrial acoustics and vibrations.
In these fields, IAV responds with a high degree of competence, effectiveness and exclusivity to the increasing need to control the acoustic and vibratory behaviour of components, products, processes, machines, equipment, installations and infrastructure.
IAV Engineering continues a vocation of excellence based on close collaboration with its customers, confidentiality and development of related competencies that are necessary for managing issues.
